COVID Safety Alert
Fully vaccinated clients and staff are recommended to but not required to wear masks as long as everyone can maintain a social distance of 6 feet. If clients or staff cannot maintain a social distance of 6 feet, then masks will be required. If you are not fully vaccinated, you MUST wear a mask at all time. We are allowing two adults per class registration to attend our in-person group classes. Alternatively, we are also allowing one adult parent/guardian to attend with one child, age 12 or up. No children under 12 years old may attend in-person group classes at this time. All our facilities are equipped with Wifi and you are welcome to Zoom, Facetime, or otherwise virtually connect with other family at home during class time.

What is this program?
How To Get Started
All animal control/declared dog cases must start with a $145 prepaid in-home training session (1.25 to 1.5 hours long).
Submit the below form and payment, and our office will reach out to you with scheduling options. The trainer will create a recommended training plan and begin the training in this first visit. Likely the most effective training will be accomplished through private training.
Follow Up
You have a minimum of 6 to 12 months (depending on your declaration) to complete the recommended training before moving onto the 6 or 12 month appeal. After the proper training, your trainer will come back for an in-home evaluation to assess the dog’s behavior in real situations. The evaluation costs $115, plus the cost of the written evaluation ($40). The trainer will provide a written evaluation to submit to your city's animal control agency with your appeal paperwork.
Refund Policy
Our standard refund policy (listed below) applies for all animal control/declared dog appointments. See below for more details:
No-shows and cancellations within 48 hours will be refunded a portion of their pre-payment. $50 will be retained to cover the trainer's time and the remaining amount prepaid will be refunded. Prior to 48 hours from your scheduled session, the entire prepayment is 100% refundable.
